Company intent
Goals, priorities, measures, and the tradeoffs leadership is willing to make.
Institutional intelligence, owned
Orivael turns your goals, decisions, policies, culture, and ownership boundaries into a private company kernel that works with any approved AI model.
02
A company is not its files.
It is the judgment between them.
Policies explain the rule. Institutional intelligence remembers why the rule exists, when it bent, who carried the risk, and what happened next.
03 / A decision, two answers
“Atlas Manufacturing asks for a 12% rush discount. What should we do?”
Consider the customer’s lifetime value, your current capacity, and the effect on margins. You could negotiate a smaller discount, adjust the delivery timeline, or offer a longer-term agreement.
Decline 12%. Offer 5% if Atlas extends its service term by 18 months. The 12% request falls below our 21% contribution-margin floor, and Line 3 remains constrained through 11 October. Route any larger exception to Finance and the Commercial Lead.
04 / The company kernel
The kernel sits outside model weights. It can be corrected, permissioned, inspected, and carried from one approved model to another without rebuilding the company from scratch.
Goals, priorities, measures, and the tradeoffs leadership is willing to make.
What was decided, why it was decided, who had authority, and what followed.
How people, systems, dependencies, workflows, and exceptions actually connect.
Observed choices under pressure—not values copied from the employee handbook.
Market, regulatory, supplier, and customer forces attached to the decisions they changed.
Ownership, sensitivity, permitted use, approved models, retention, and revocation.
05 / Knowledge rights
Every piece of company context keeps its title record. Every AI-assisted decision can return a receipt showing what influenced it, where that context traveled, and whether its use was permitted.
Keep human capability separate from employer knowledge and client-confidential context. Compose them only for an authorized task; separate them again when the work ends.
General experience, craft, and legitimately portable professional skill.
Worker-heldPricing, customers, decisions, procedures, systems, and protected company IP.
Organization-heldEngagement knowledge constrained by contract, purpose, duration, and access.
Purpose-bound06 / Fast onboarding, deliberate trust
Begin with approved, read-only sources and preserve the permissions already attached to them.
Scenario interviews expose exceptions, judgment, risk tolerance, and the real reasons behind policy.
Run in shadow mode beside employees, compare recommendations, and turn corrections into governed memory.
Only validated knowledge reaches approved models, roles, and tasks. Every consequential use is recorded.
07 / Continuity
The organization should not reset. Orivael keeps company intelligence private, governed, and usable across the systems that come next.
Field questions
No. Search retrieves information. The Company Kernel represents goals, decisions, authority, exceptions, outcomes, and knowledge rights—then supplies only the context permitted for a specific task.
No. The core company layer remains outside model weights so it can be updated, audited, restricted, and moved between approved models. Specialized training can be considered later for stable, controlled tasks.
No system can promise that blindly. Orivael is designed to prevent unauthorized exposure, record known usage, enforce provider policies, and support deletion workflows where the provider makes them available.
Company access can be revoked while validated company-owned workflows and records remain. Personal skill, company memory, and client context stay separated according to policy and applicable agreements.
